Whitehead Oil Company delivers across Nebraska. Our bulk fuel, wholesale fuel, lubricants, and on-site fueling programs reach commercial and agricultural operations statewide from our Lincoln, NE headquarters.
What office hours can I reach you?
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm Central Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. For urgent delivery needs outside hours, please leave a voicemail at (402) 435-3509.
What fuel types do you carry?
We carry Phillips 66 Premium Unleaded and Regular Unleaded gasolines, ethanol blends, highway diesel, off-road (dyed) diesel, and kerosene. All fuels are TOP TIER™ Certified.
How do I become a wholesale customer?
Submit a request through our Wholesale Fuel Pricing form or call (402) 435-3509. We supply convenience stores and retail stations across Nebraska with competitive pricing and a dedicated transport fleet.
How do I set up a Marina Fueling account?
Marina fueling at Big Sandy Lake, Sandy Pointe Lake, and Lake Allure requires the Whitehead Oil ACH Card. Download the fillable PDF setup form from our Marina Fueling Program page, complete it, and return it. Your card arrives in approximately 10 business days.
How do I become a High Limit Detail Supply™ dealer?

Do you offer on-site fueling?
Yes. We provide mobile fueling and tank rental programs for construction sites, agricultural operations, and fleets. Contact us with details about your operation for a custom quote.
What lubricants and fluids do you stock?
We carry a comprehensive inventory of engine oils, hydraulic fluids, and specialty lubricants from brands professionals trust including Phillips 66, Phillips 66 Aviation, Johnsens, Purolator, Prime Guard, and MAG 1. Our team helps you match the right product to your equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
For commercial accounts we accept ACH, business check, and major credit cards. Marina fueling specifically requires the Whitehead Oil ACH Card — a standard credit card will not work at the pumps.

Yes. Whitehead Oil Company has been family-owned and operated since 1959. Our subsidiary Merritt Concrete has been family-owned since 1894.
