Whitehead Oil Company (“we,” “us”) has served Nebraska since 1959 from 2537 Randolph St, Lincoln, NE 68510. This policy explains what information we collect on whiteheadoil.com, why, and how we protect it.
Information you give us
Contact & quote forms. Name, company, phone, email, and the service you’re interested in — used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide quotes.
Career applications. Contact details and work history you submit — used only for hiring.
Fleet fuel card & marina account applications. Business, credit-reference, vehicle/driver, and bank (ACH) information — used to open and administer your account, run credit review you authorize, and set up pre-authorized payment per NACHA rules. Bank account fields are masked on screen as you type, transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access is limited to the staff who administer accounts. Personal guaranty and identity documents are handled through DocuSign’s secure, audit-trailed platform rather than this website.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Tag Manager and standard analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location from IP). This helps us improve the site and our advertising. You can limit this with browser settings or ad-preference tools. Form submissions record an IP address and timestamp for security and signature attribution under the federal E-SIGN Act.
How we share information
We never sell your information. We share it only with: service providers that make the site work (hosting, form processing, DocuSign, payment/banking partners for ACH you authorize), credit bureaus and references when you apply for credit terms, and authorities when the law requires it.
Retention & security
We keep application records as long as needed to administer your account and meet banking (NACHA) and tax record-keeping requirements, then delete them. The site uses HTTPS everywhere; administrative access is restricted and logged.
Your choices
To review, correct, or request deletion of information you’ve submitted — or to revoke an ACH authorization — email AR@whiteheadoil.com or call (402) 435-3509. ACH revocations require enough notice for us and your bank to act, per your authorization terms.
